The Electronic Title User Group is made up of users of the e-title™ application. The user group comprises of users from the shipping, financial and import/export businesses agreeing to transfer title documents electronically. All members of the user group must agree to the user agreement which ensures that electronic title creates valid and enforceable rights between parties.
